Easy installation
In the AC conversion wiring looms, a connection for battery is not provided. The SIP wiring loom connects the rectifier to the battery and the ignition lock. This extends the SIP conversion wiring loom to a DC wiring loom. The vape rectifier part no. 51008210, which is included in the DC vape ignitions, is required for connection. The earth cable of the conversion wiring loom must be re-crimped for this (see wiring diagram and video). When converting to DC, the AC horn/speaker must be changed to a DC horn. The ideal 12V battery is the small scooter battery, as this requires little installation space. The ignition lock, part no. 31113000, is also required for this. If this is not originally provided, we provide tips for a suitable installation in the assembly video. Complete wiring looms including the DC cables are available for Vespa 125 VNA-TS/150 VBA -T4/160 GS/180 SS/Rally 86135274. PX models that are to be converted to battery require wiring loom 86131120.
