The outer diameter of the differing exhaust manifolds on the various aftermarket cylinders available for the VESPA 200cc models are not all identical. The OE PIAGGIO 200, POLINI 208 and the PINASCO 215cc have a larger diameter exhaust manifold outlet stub than those the MALOSSI 210 or the POLINI 210cc cylinders possess. We are only talking about 0.2-0.4mm difference here, but that is enough of a gap to make the difference between either a tight efficient fit, or a loose, ill fitting join that eats away at the total power output of your motors set up.
